Rarest facts about yoga make no sense !!After graduating from a yoga college, I ran a deep study on what yoga is, reading through the oldest academic and philosophical texts available by intellectual thinkers. Now I know why yoga is a true mystery to most of us.#! Ancient Yoga was so detailed and privileged knowledge that it was restricted to kings and higher officials, Even somehow some locals get hands-on, it cannot be fully understood without a Guru.#2 Maharishi Patanjali is not the founder; rather, he was a revolutionary yogi who simplified yoga for the world in the literal sense. All the yoga out there is a fragment of yoga he translated.#3 True yoga is gone; Ancient yogic texts are eaten by ants while sitting in Indian museums, The Era of the gurus that knew it is at the climax, This ongoing decade is the last time to experience and seek for true Yoga as nothing will be same and pure. Assume it is an apocalyptic alarm as some true knowledge is on the verge of extinction, Now is the time to seek the shadow of yoga, as much as we can.Hope these facts open our minds to Yoga, spark the seeker within you. There is more to comeSee you again!

What you are truly afraid off, is not the common difficulties!Of course, problems that we face and experience are not and never be the difficult part of life. Our treasure of fear and anxiety has a different story to it.Let's become Indian ones for a moment and you are about to sleep, You see a horrific scorpion near you, You are not afraid you are Indiana bro,You look for something to hit it, as you grab a book nearby and turn it's gone in a blink. Now your Indiana has peed into the Jones a little.Same story is repeated every day, We have our precious treasure of fear and anxiety we see reflection of it in the Difficulties we face, Even if we tackle those difficulties our treasure will stay because you never turn inward to look for the problem. As we are afraid, What if we find it, then we have to face it? Fear of facing our fear is the biggest tragedy of this indisciplined mind.It needs to be strengthened with utmost disciplinary practice and attention towards oneself, toward thoughts, perception, and understanding of perception.Yoga is a simple yet effective tool to do so.Use it as a map, soon you'll reach the treasure as to find it empty.A suggestion try reading it again.Have a great day!

Why it took 5 years yet nowhere close to the finish line? The impact pushed me to plague everyone with a hint of health. As such my experience of Yoga somehow overwhelmed my intention to teach Yoga to everyone yet it failed.I taught everyone I encountered, from neighbors to my account manager to friends to Olx sellers just about anyone. I traveled a lot met and shared my knowledge with thousands on my way.Started teaching from my mother's smartphone to now managing 3 active branches throughout India, Yet barely survive on days, when my work storms into rainy days sometimes Why ?.Why has it failed at times, as a race we are sensitive and aware of everything except ourselves, Yet we don't just teach yoga, we are sailing against this inertia, to transform this self-obsessed into self-aware.Hook on to Our work, You are sure to be transformed!see you again.

Upscale your minimum effort routine, It works like magic. It is not about creating habits, that demand resetting our functioning, It is much simpler and practical than that,Over the years I have talked to thousands of students and got a first-hand understanding of their routine and the outcome of it.Creating new habits is impractical when our life is scheduled in the same routine, fix time to wake, work, eat, and sleep. A new habit is a disturbance.Rather upscale the minimum effort towards ourselves, Let's understand with an example, Assume you intend to lose weight, yet can't find time and energy to go Gym or come to me for Yoga 😁.That is normal, Now what is the minimum effort you do to reduce your weight? Little walking while brushing your teeth, Let's upscale little by walking after lunch for just 5 minutes, maybe after dinner as well, you can be on call or listening to something. Soon you will find more steps in your day, more movement, hence sooner the result.Creating habits sounds cool on the internet, rather upscaling simple efforts that we are aware of is much easier, we always carry the intent to improve and grow, and only our approach needs to be simplified.Health is not a daily task, it's a process of self-awareness.Have a healthy day.see you again.

His eyes watered when he mentioned my wife was no more. There is one emotion, I have understood closely by being at the age and place where I have known people who have lost someone or are in grief. It's about the heart, the chakra of Love and grief, either it cries and shrinks or blossoms and smiles. Both ways it is a key to transformation that is hard to understand. All the great personalities or leaders were once faced with a flood of grief or a tube of love that elevated them to a being that shone no matter what. The Story of Veluthan a 74-year-old farmer living in Kerala, satisfied with his life as is. Carries only one block that cuts his heart every day a bit.I realized this energy when in a casual conservation, I looked deep into his eyes through old spectacles, His eyes squeezed the proof of grief that echoed within until it reflected the residual of my grief.I looked away, but couldn't shake it off, as Now I know, it is not about someone it is the grief and love as the same side of a coin reflecting in each other, twining us for a lifetime or shoulders pain for eternity.I know you and everyone with this bond of love and grief, a deeper experience of it through surrender, is my intention as I continue serving through Karma yoga and Bhakti yoga.I'll say again"There is no escape to pain as there is none to Love as well"See you again.

Understand how to Solve the biggest problem of Life.Every early bird is forced to fly and pushed off the branch by fellow bird parents no matter if the little one falls to death, Why such a rush? Damn, their life is concise around 3 years, whereas humans barely walk or communicate, birds have to complete their whole and be done already.Yes, life's biggest problem is the limitation of this stage of existence we consider life itself.Assuming everyone had a couple of decades more, then the story would be different, much more relaxed, graceful, and satisfied.Let us dig into the question, of why for years everyone has been rushing to grow in their career, get married have babies, and buy A house or car. An abnormal rush can be seen spreading an anxious vibe throughout.Yes, Here we are where each one of us is desperate to sell our life for work, house, or family. They hold value but this rush doesn't make sense. It will be over for sure, sooner or later, rushing through doesn't bring more satisfaction, only the quality experience does, The key understanding that separates us from the birds and every other creature out there."We can understand life and able to harness it with our will"How to solve it:Slow down; Reflect on What connects you to this life. What holds you into the present? What elevates the deeper experience of everything?"Seek life and you'll get it"Have an amazing day!!See you around

Highlights of August! The Life of a Yoga Trainer in Kerala,Pic 1: Is more about peaceful walks with a beautiful pastel sky and coconut trees shadowing at all times. The fresh air and simple living are a dream, I cannot believe, on many days, it's just so mesmerizing, constantly reminding us how intensely we are in union with nature.Pic 2: Of course taking online yoga sessions on my iPad while looking at a beautiful temple, peacocks, and cows in the background. My work is more like my Sadhana, a practice for growth and awareness. Helping others through their yoga journey brings value to my minuscule life.Pic 3: A letter from a sister with a message reflecting how younger ones have grown into mature cool friends when nourished well. I know sometimes it is hard to be everyone at all times. But I don't want this longing to end, as it stretches the horizon of love and respect, every time I remember the old days.Pic 4: The Shiva temple, blessings of Kerala, a temple that pulls you into a deeper void of silence and energy where, movement feels unnecessary, words are not needed, and our intelligence will fall short.Pic 5: A farmer's tool, it is a symbol of hard work and energy put into pulling something out of this earth at our will, It's magical as every day I can see and understand how it is done. Pic 6: The rest of the pics are a few fun moments we had when traveling, shopping, or roaming around with my little wife. It is easy to grow when you reflect your growth in others.Hope you felt connected with nature, yoga, and this day.See you again

Your eyes make you lethargic, Yes I am certain of it Even on most days, most of us do minimal to no physical activity, yet we feel like lying down, doing nothing, or just scrolling through exhaustion.Eyes are an incomplete answer, Our mind has a strong connection with the eyes, it is not only used as a viewfinder but even emotions, and the whole character is reflected through the eyes it's a 2-way door. What you see and how you perceive is weaved into the mind with no distraction for a yogi, yet when we add layers of stress, emotions, and desire. We are not one with what we see, it's more about what we want to or what we don't want to.This to and fro exhausts the mind just by seeing through the day like an owl. Your understanding of the present is clouded by thoughts of the past and future. This machinery needs alignment therapy with proper breathing, chanting, and reflection with frequent quality meditation.have a great day "See" you again

Believe me! you are living in a luxurious house...Surely not a personal comment, but rather an aesthetic understanding.Rent is quality food for the structure (body) and power (mind). Even the richest cannot afford this luxury for their kids.It is not a genetic gift of ancestors, it is a result of evolution, It does not depend on quality of life, it depends on sensitivity towards this luxury, enjoying it every day.It demands maintenance of minimum activity, gratitude, and love for everything and everyone.I know quality food makes a difference so why many of the rich are unhealthy or always have doctors or therapist appointments in their schedule? They have access to more efficient activities and experts so why is a yogi living at Ganga Ghat performing impeccable yoga every day even after crossing the 100-year mark? This body and mind will never discriminate or depend on anyone or anything

I want you to lose!...As I did, I have lost enough in my thoughts, bathed in my tears of helplessness, with an emotion that cannot be dug deeper. But one day I got tired of losing and quit entering any race, surely, and soon I realized there was no race, no medal, & of course no finish line. Not a single competitor just mates constantly cheering and rooting on this path of realization. I want you to lose enough to settle in self.
