For a change, something else than the knee joint!It is currently unknown to what degree surgical or nonoperative treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation influences the development of osteoarthritis.This systematic review with meta-analysis, comprising 94 studies, categorized seven treatment categories based on anatomical variation in the reattachment of ligaments (e.g. AC- or CC fixation). We concluded a varying prevalence of osteoarthritis.
